As an English major (journalism emphasis) in college, I served as an editor for the university paper and interned as an editor/designer for News-Press and Gazette Company. Since that time, I've traditionally-published an award-winning memoir, written for national outlets (TIME, CNN, Woman's World, Prevention...) as a freelance journalist, and worked as an editor with several authors. Through my studies and subsequent experience in the publishing world, I have gained extensive knowledge of both AP and Chicago styles.
